1. Increase water intake 3 liters per day 2. Eat fruits like oranges or apple 3. Eat cucumber or carrots and high fiber foods 4. Drink yakult or eat yogurt 5. Limit carbohydrates, sugar, rice white bread
Drink lots of water, kain ka ng veggies and fruits. Yan yung ginagawa ko kapag constipated ako, effective naman. Mahirap uminom ng meds specially if preggy ka.
