Birth certificate typo error

Meron pong inconsistencies sa birth certificate like day and year of birth sa 2nd page ng certificate of live birth from local civil registrar. Kakakuha lang po nung birth cert a month ago kaso ngayon lang napansin. May babayaran pa ba para ipacorrect yun? Thanks po sa sasagot.

Went to PSA last month, may nakasabay ako kumuha ng BC para sa baby niya... she mentioned na may bayad daw po ang pagpapalit kahit sila ang may error. And per letter daw. Di ko lang po knows kung how much hehe
