Cure sa ubo at sipon for toddler and newborn

Meron po ubo at sipon since last week toddler ko. Umiinom sya antibiotic and allerkid as prescribed by pedia. Bale pang 5th day na bukas yung gamutan pero may ubo at sipon pa din sya. Meron din ako newborn (11 days old) and today inuubo na sya at bumabahing. Ano po kaya gagawin ko?
