Missed Period ng EBF mom?

Question

Meron po ba dito na nagkaperiod na after giving birth nung almost 10months na si lo tapos ngayon, expecting ka sa 2nd period mo, pero di pa rin dumadating. Nagkaron po ako ng period nung Dec 15, tapos nagDo po kami ni mister nitong Jan 20. Pero sure daw sya na walang lumabas.. ngayon feeling ko nasusuka ako, or nagheheartburn, sore breast and nagffrequent urine po ako, possible kaya na preggy agad ako or malapit na dumating ang period ko? Exclusive breastfeeding po ako for 11months na. #missedperiod #ebf

Ako after 2 mos nagka period na, EBF din. Hindi mo din actually masu sure na wala talagang lumabas. Better na mag PT na lang

LAM (Lactation amenorrhea method) should not be solely relied upon as a contraception. It is only 98% effective for EXCLUSIVELY Breastfeeding moms, and for the first 6 months post-partum only. So better po na mag-PT na lang po kayo para sure. Possible rin po na hindi pa talaga nagba-back to normal ang period nyo. Next time, take the necessary precautions na lang po kung ayaw pa mabuntis. Nakakastress po talaga kapag ganyan...

Thanks mga mi, nagPT po ako today and negative naman po result. I agree po talaga sa inyo, mas mag-iingat na po kami next time. Will still try PT this next few days para sure pa rin.
