ako insulin kasi mas safe daw ayon sa endo ko. blood sugar monitoring, at maintenance pa sa highblood. all started at 16weeks. strictly no milk. kahit yung milk for diabetic pa ,no. caltrate plus lang ang source ng calcium ko habang preggy.
