Random Talk

No matter how clean I keep my home, my in-laws make it a point to find fault with everything. And when it comes to their place they don't even mop and broom the house for a week. The problem is, each time they make a plan to come to us, my husband drives me crazy to make the house sparkling instead of telling his parents to keep shut. How do I tell my husband to ignore it and do not ruin the peace at home for all this?
