may masuggest po ba kayo na pads after giving birth, need daw po kasi yun. pero sa mga youtube lang dn po ako tumitingin. kung it's better po ba ung adult diaper tape or ung maternity pad. at sa experience nyu po ilan po ba need. thanks po
