Marriage life changed

what will mummy do if facing below ? am tired doing all this alone over 1 year. need some advice - no more going out as 2 after birth which he turned down - no more date night/simple meal after birth which he turned down - no more intimate - he is not providing household expenses - not helping in household chores even have asked and expect me to wash toilet even i was 9 months pregnant - not providing on baby expenses including formula and pampers - not paying for helper salary - not paying for utilities - never give allowances - a day have been talk less than 5 words recently
