13TH MONTH AND DEDUCTIONS

Hi mamies! I have several questions po.. Hoping to find an answer hehe.. Firstly, Nasasama po ba maternity leaves natin sa 13th month pay?? ( Yung 105 days leave natin sa Maternity since employed naman tau na naka leave lang) Secondly, ano po yung EMLL DEDUCTION sa payslip ko.. Kase po same amount naman binigay ni SSS sa company ko sa advance pay benefit na binigay sakin ni company.. So technically dapat po wla akong deduction dba? Please enlighten me po.. Help meeeeee mga fellow mom 🥺😢🙏

as a cafe Manager. yes hindi ko sinasama Maternity leave/Sick Leave/LWP sa 13th month counted or considered as leave of absence na yun. ewan ko lang sa ibang company. better to double check it to your HR para mapaliwanag sayo ng maayos mga concerns mo.
