Can long-term stress really mess with my hormones? How do I know if that’s happening? My life hasnt been the same since my baby born. I think even from the beginning of my marriage. In laws problem and everything. i think it piles up

Hi Mom of queenza, yes stress and if you have long term stress it may cause hormonal imbalances. I would recommend you see your healthcare provider or us and we can ask more questions pertaining to your health and lifestyle. There is also hormonal blood test and healthscreening (blood test) which you can consider. If we can solve the root cause, this may help reduce your stress levels. Hope this helps
