Food Aversions

Hi mamas! I'm 8 weeks preg. How do you cope with food aversions? The only thing that I can keep down is sour/tangy fruits. I cannot stand anything soupy or rich. I can't even smell bread. Any tips on how I can trick my sense of smell? 😅

well, maybe you're in the first term, ya, so a bit more sensitive. no worries, once you move on to the second term, most likely you are less sensitive over the smell and have better appetite. what my helper did to help me was to place a ginger slice on my wrist. Somehow, it works for me.
