Nausea nausea nausea

Hi mommies. Do any of you have/had early pregnancy symptom whereby you get nauseous whenever you think about food? I am constantly hungry but just by thinking about food makes me sick. I can’t even smell my own cooking now. How do you mommies deal with this? 😩 I’m only in my 6th week based on LMP. #advicepls

Make sure you drink water. Put some lemon in water for extra vitamins. Eat bland food like plain porridge, oats, plain biscuits, etc with minimal taste/flavor. If you can’t take food, can you take drinks? If yes, consider isotonic drinks, or fruit juice. Spread out your eating time to 6 times a day, eat small small portion per time.
