Breaking out in hives

Any mamas here broke out in hives and some redness to your skin in the first trimester? I suddenly felt shortness of breath and am breaking out suddenly in hives all over):

I didn't but my colleague had bouts of hives throughout her 1st and 2nd tri. She had to be admitted also cz of high BP every time the hives appeared. Didn't know what's the cause, suspect some dietary allergy tt tt was triggered by pregnancy hormones so she went on a strict diet, no sugar, low carb and the hives didnt appear in 3rd tri. If u have shortness of breath with the hives, better consult doctor
