Hi mama I’m currently 29 weeks and 1 day pregnant I have food poisoning I went to kkh and see a doctor alr any advice what can I do to get better? I have been feeling nauseous and cramp does food poisoning affect#firstmom #worried my baby?

Just remember to drink even more water than usual to hydrate back your body. Eat proper and clean. Eat medicine on time. Rest well and don’t forget your supplements. Don’t worry. It will not affect your baby if you take good care of yourself.
