Diet/workout tips for BF/CS mommas

Maliban sa ipinanganak po 'yung ibang mommies dito na fit and slim + flat tummy after months of giving birth, baka may mai-share kayong diet plan or work out na safe for BF and CS mommas like me. Hehe 56kg, 5'3" height. Normal naman BMI ko. Tummy lang talaga prob. 16mos na si LO pero parang preggy pa rin ako. Hahaha
