Ang palaging pagpupuyat may cause delay in development of fetus and malaki rin po factor ng hormones naproproduce if nasa tamang oras po ang sleeping habit mo, Mommy. Iwasan mo na po ang pagpupuyat. Sleep deficiency is linked to many chronic health problems, including heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, stroke, obesity, and depression. Get enough sleep po.

Hindi po directly makakasama kay baby but please take care of yourself and stay healthy para maalagaan mo rin si baby with the best of your ability. Please don't hesitate to ask for help if you need it. hugs! 🤗

Ah, pregnant pa pala po kayo... In which case, even more reason that you need to take care of yourself. Kung buntis pa pala po kayo, possible po na directly makasama kay baby ang too much stress nyo kaya try to avoid it po much as you can, specially during the 1st trimester. Yung sa pagkain naman, normal lang po ang walang gana at nasusuka, but we still need to eat para rin kay baby so try eating small frequent snacks instead. The irony is nakakadagdag sa feeling nauseous ang gutom, pero once nasusuka ka na ay ayaw mo na kumain 😓 So unahan nyo po dapat ng kain ang gutom nyo... ☺️
