ngyari din yan sakin. Ang masaklap pa, im just a few months away from taking an international board exam at that time. what i did everyday: 1. read 2. answer puzzles 3 . took fish oil 3x a day 4. answer practice tests after a few months, mas naging sharp ang memory ko (as in once or twice ko lang basahin, nagegets at naaalala ko na agad) compared pa prior to getting pregnant. i took the board exam and passed it in 1 take. im pregnant again now and experiencing another pregnancy brain fog. i just did the same routine but only took 2 fish oils per day. last month i took an exam, and again i passed it in one take. so i can safely say that for me, my method is really effective.

Wala po akong ginawa nun. nagnotes na langbako or alarm for any important notes.. pag nanganak na esp those who used anesthesia (spinal/ epidural) side effect po talaga nun ang pagkamakalimutin.. lalo pa nakadagdag sa "pregnancy brain".

Not really sure lang.

Sabi nila read books, do puzzles/crosswords. It will help daw.
