My go-to recipe po is: ginger tea (diy po not ready made salabat powder) + 1 tbsp honey + 1-2 calamansi. kung may oregano po kayo sabay nyo na rin pakuluin sa ginger. Iniinom ko po morning & evening until mawala ubo at sipon.

More water intake po mii. Lemon water. Salabat. Prutas at gulay. Lahat po ng nagpapalakas ng immune system mo yun po kainin mo. Vitamin c din po.
more water, or water na may lemon 🍋. Warm water ….. avoid muna sa food na bawal pag may ubo
try niyo din po pausok with salt or vaporizer or sa kettle po. more fluids din po.
same tayo mi, pero now double intake ako ng vitamin c to avoid cold and cough ulit
hydrate, eat healthy, rest well. take vitamins.
