Madalas kami mag juice ng family (Hurom Slow Juicer) then ngayon, pineapple at watermelon ijujuice. Pwede po ba yon sa 9 weeks preggy?

Sinabihan ako ng OB sis iwas muna sa pineapple kasi nagcause daw uterine contractions. Pede naman juice in moderation lang kasi mataas sugar.
