cramp

My lower abdomen and right side is cramp pain and lower back aching. I now in 18weeks with twins. Is it normal?

I had lower abdomen and right side cramps too during preg with 1 baby. Checked w my gynae and he said everything's fine. Better to check with gynae for an assurance
