Heguru school

I enrolled my daughter at 1 yo at shichida and I think it’s really intensive training on the brain. Everytime after 45 min of activities inclusive of flashing cards at high speed, eye ball movement training, blowing and throwing or kicking ball where activities are done at extreme fast speed, she will sleep immediately after the class. Was thinking if 1 yo is too young for such intensive brain activities. But I have to agree the activities are really good training the brain to think fast. Perhaps will be better for older age like 3-6 yo?
