My lo is very lazy has no energy in the morning to run around .. can I give him some ginseng tea ?

I tend to be more careful when it comes to chinese herbs as i am worried my children's body cannot take it. Ginseng is good for adults but very rarely do we give to young children to stay alert. Check that your little one has enough breakfast or milk. Ensure that little one has enough rest at night as well. A well rested and has eaten well child will normally be full of energy. Encourage your little one to join in some exercise or do something different from usual such as scooting, cycling, running, swimming etc. It will be fun and exciting.

My friends generally refrain from giving herbs to their children unless as advised by the TCM practitioner. Perhaps you can consider getting him to enjoy a hearty breakfast to provide the energy supply for the rest of the day? :)
