LO is turning one soon and he is still exclusively breastfed. Would like to ask if there's is a need to switch him to formula milk or cow's milk after he turns one? I read somewhere that our breastmilk does not provide enough iron for them.

you can continue with breastmilk and probably add on with fresh milk. my son is now turning two. Still on breastmilk with occasional latching. when he turned one, i add on a cup of fresh milk (meji) every morning or during the evening when he asked for it.
