My LO can't finish his feed recently

My lo is turning to 3 mths old soon. Recently he often cannot finish his milk. Current intake is 100-120 ml breastmilk. Have tried to change the teat also. Any reason why?

My lo is 4 months old ,he will stop drinking sometimes and we need to burp him. Maybe I can ask the doctor ,could be colic making baby uncomfortable
