My lo is one month old n has to exert pressure while passing gas or pooping. At times this annoys him.is this normal?

sometimes, babies tend to form a lot of gas, as their digestive systems are still developing. make sure that your baby is always properly hydrated and takes feeds well, so that you can prevent the chance of constipation. does your baby also cry a lot while passing poop? if this is a regular thing, i would suggest you get your baby checked by the doctor. my younger one had a similar issue and for a long time it was misdiagnosed as constipation, while she was actually lactose intolerant.
