Not passing motion

Hi mommies, my 1mo going 2 has not passed motion for 6 days but she is passing smelly gas n urinating. She is taking BM and FM (with higher ratio of BM). Some pple say its normal, any mommies experienced this? I'm so worried. #advicepls #firstmom
