Beansprout pillow - is it safe?

LO currently 3 weeks old and we used beansprout pillow to put it on baby's chest / tummy area as recommended. However, got a huge scare as during the night, LO fidgets so much and when I checked on LO, it seems that she "kicks" the pillow till it landed on her face, covering her nose and mouth. I immediately took it away. So traumatising... luckily I got up just in time

I only started using beansprout pillow for my both kids since 2 months old. If you are avoiding the unpredictable situation then avoid using it until few months old. At their age for now no pillow needed perhaps just head pillow and bolster or none at all.
