how to get rid of baby constipation?

My LO about 3weeks, recently having constipation, can see him try very hard to push the poo poo. He got no issue to passing motion since birth. His tummy bloated also.

My baby actually poops whenever I feed her Woodward's gripe water. Helps to relieve gas and colic for her also. Maybe can try for yours
