My LO is 13 mths old and recently has been pooping 3-4 times a day at caregiver's place. He is ok at home ( once a day ) We've recently started him on whole cow milk with cereal. I breastfeed him at home while he takes ebm at caregiver's place. Could he be allergic to cows milk / lactose intolerant ? Or is it due to ebm ? Will probiotics help ? Tia!

I think it's a normal occurrence when baby transitions to cow's milk. If your baby is allergic or intolerant, there will be other symptoms like bloating, gas, or loose stools with mucous. If your baby doesn't display such signs, reckon it is okay.
