Transitioning out from swaddle

My LO is 10 weeks old and starting to be able to flip on her own (front to back) so we are trying to transition her out from her swaddle (both hands down). At the same time I think she is very curious with her hands so when we put one hand out (gradually unswaddling her), she usually puts it near her mouth to suck or scratches her head or rubs her hand on her face. Any tips on how to get her to keep her hands down as during the night it seems like she’s waking up and ‘playing’ with her hand (causing more night wakes). Also, I’m afraid her hand gets cold as we on the aircon at night. Any tips on that as well? TIA!
