Paul's Natural Set Yogurt?

Hello! Would like to ask if Paul's Natural Set Yogurt can be safely consumed during pregnancy? Bought it without checking the ingredients and just saw that it doesn't state if it is pasteurised or not. Appreciate all mummies' advice!
