Yomie rice yogurt

No need to be so stressed, I just drink bubble tea, ate yogurt and drank yogurt drink (including Yomie) and baby was born full term healthy, she is going 9 months old now and hitting all the milestones. I had no GD. That being said, drink those drinks in moderation, not everyday. You'll be fine. No need to be too worried over every food and drink you're about to eat just enjoy your pregnancy.

I just eat any yoghurt or cheeses because idk about pasteurised or what pasteurised is haha. My baby is healthy at birth (12m now) 😂
