First trimester - constipation/spotting

Hi all, lately i've been constipating and when i went to the toilet for no. 2 an hour ago, i had slight pink spotting from my vagina. Should I be worried?

It might be your stool too hard hence there’s a slight bleeding. Observe first if you see fresh blood coming out, go visit your gynae
