It’s okay mommy, ganyan din ako minsan and nasa 1st trimester palang ako haha you are not alone kasi kasama mo si baby. I’m not religious and I’m not sure what your religion is pero what I do is I pray my worries and somehow nakakagaan ng pakiramdam pag nailabas ko lahat ng sama ng loob ko. Or you can write it down/type how you feel sa notes just to get it out there. Mahigpit na yakap. :)

ur not alone.. im also having pregnancy blues.. mahirap pag mag isa kalang nagbubuntis..
