Curious On Gender

Hi ladies, I may sound funny but curious. I m in my 2nd trimester wit twins and curious to know their gender. One side of my face has been having increase pigmentation wit pimples and other side clear. Any myths on it to guess. Lol. Or I will hav to wait for 2 more weeks which seems forever..
