I personally believe that communication between you and your husband is key. Expectations can be daunting and vary from person to person. It’s important to discuss and agree on topics like this between the two of you, rather than letting others influence your decision. Every couple has their own unique circumstances and expectations. For me, I intend to claim from my company medical benefit. And I personally don’t believe in getting one party to pay for everything.
