6 Weeks Pregnancy Symptoms

Is the lack of symptoms a cause of concern? So far I've only experienced metallic taste in my mouth for a week and it's gone. Slightly sore breasts these 2 days but that's about it.

My symptoms only kicked into full force from week 8 onwards 😅 should be OK for now as long as not accompanied by worrying signs like painful cramps or bleeding
