My kids previously have eczema just red rashes and no bump appearance. After see doctor apply cream and take medicine become like this with white bump inside. Anyone know why like this?

This looks like a pus boil. Does your kid have other symptoms, such as a fever or feeling generally unwell. And does the pus boil feels spongy or soft to the touch? If yes to either I would revisit the doctor.
