There are simple things they can help around, doesn’t have to be Too complicated. The idea is to get them to get used to routines and helping out as a quality :)

Yes as it also helps them learn basis kitchen skills as well as it is a very good time. Most of the good talks I had with my mom were in the kitchen :)

Depends on age, they should be at an appropriate age and only do activities suitable for their age level

I would love for them to learn some basic skills and eventually be able to cook for themselves

They can help with the minor chores, its to let them feel involved

Always good for them to learn, even if its the simplest things

I think with assistance and monitoring to ensure their safety

Kids love helping out with cooking, especially baking.

Not 100% of the time but it’s nice bonding time
