Kelan po pwede gumamit ng binder and NSD? Para di gaano lumawlaw yung tummy sana. On my 8th day after giving birth na po. TIA

cs ako twice and pregnant now with third baby. after ilang hrs ng operation nag binder na ako.hanggang mga 3-4mos
