Carbs and sweets, preservatives. all throughout d Pregnancy na po yan. Especially pag last tri na.
Iwas sa contact, eat healthy foods. Usually yan yung pinaka sensitive stage ng pagbubuntis.
Bawal po uminom ng soft drinks at alak..saka puyat..
