The contraction will be stronger, longer, regular and painful. 10 cm the cervix is fully open and as the same size as a bagel. Prepare yourself to start pushing.

Dapat fully dilated ka bago manganak ng normal, 10cm yung full dilation. But if you feel contractions na maiksi interval malapit kanna manganak. Have some walking and squats. Ilng weeks ka na ba?
