Kailan niyo po tinangal support belly binder?? Mga mosshiee, first time ko po. Im mag 4weeks palang sugat ko.

3months. . Pero sabi dapat atleast 1year naka binder. Kaso mainit sa katawan. Nagkarashes ako kaya 3months tinanggal ko na. Hehe
