belly or bump?

January was my last menstration and until now wala pa din po my ob says everything was normal. My both ovaries are normal. But nag pt ako it went negative. Ano po kaya nangyayare?

Bka too early pa un tvs mo. Try mo pa ulit after 2weeks. Sabi ng ob q to make sure n may marinig n heartbeat nerecommend nya to have tvs for 10 weeks.
