Super light green discharge without smell or itchiness while pregnant

I've recently found out tht I have a super light green discharge without foul smell or itchiness. I'm thinking it might be my feminine wash since it's PH care avocado (green) for antibacterial. Could it be my feminine wash? I hope it's nothing. Huhu. TIA

Possible kasing may infection pa din based sa color ng discharge kahit walang foul smell. Kasi hindi naman nakaka color ng discharge ang fem wash eh.

Kahiy maliit lang po yung nakuha ko pp? Oag wipe ko lang ng tissue pp yun e. Huhu.
