pain near ribs

Hey I am too suffering from the same issue. I asked my doctor about it and she said that I am 29 weeks pregnant and the baby will now get heavier and on the top side, once it takes its position by end of 8th or 9th month it will Go away automatically because it will then go very low by the time.. And she has asked my to take small meals in 2-3 hrs and not to eat full stomach that will cause more pain.....
