Hi Mummies, anyone contracted Influenza during pregnancy?

I've gotten Influenza at week 13 pregnancy and it was really bad. Fever went up to 39.2 degree, body aches, chills, sore throat, flu and headache. It's day 4 now and fever has went down but my sore throat is excruciatingly painful. My gynae only allows strepsils so I'm on that now. Any advice and does this affect our baby?
