Don't worry, just breastfeed! I lost the weight I gained and additional just by breastfeeding in less than 3 maths. In fact I eat more than I used to!!!

Don't worry. My daughter is 7m old. I've lost all my pregnancy fat and I've done nothing at all except exclusive breastfeeding. Just eat healthily

uterus needs time to contract back to normal shape. There are also other factors such as water retention as everything resumes to normal levels

Hi, do not worry too much. With time it will be fine. Breastfeeding certainly helps and also try doing yoga every day.

Don’t worry too much and don’t be too hard to yourself. Breastfeeding helps and also can slowly exercise
