Pelvic pain

hi I've been having pelvic pain especially on my left side, as well as my groin and abdominal pain. I am 20 weeks preggy

A cramping sensation in the early weeks of pregnancy may be due to your expanding uterus. Watch for signs of vaginal bleeding if you're feeling cramp-like pains. If you’re spotting or bleeding, please go to the hospital. If not, everything is good
