36 Weeks Pregnant

I've been experiencing stomach tightening and constant lower abdominal cramps. Pain level is still bearable. I also felt like my down there being poked if it makes sense. My baby also have been very active which can cause more pain. Should i be worried ?

Sounds like braxton hicks, if there are other symptoms eg discharge that's thick & bloody (mucus plug), warm liquid leaking, then faster give ur gynae a call or head to hosp
